The backend seems to be missing “shops” and “products”

This happens if a site has not been activated. To activate a site access your WordPress backend under “Design → License” and choose the option “activate license”.
A license is also deactivated the same way.

Alternatively: Log in to your dashboard under https://affiliatetheme.io/en/dashboard/ and click “payment history”. Here you can access your purchased licenses under “Show licenses → Manage sites”. Here you can deactivate an existing site or activate a new site with a single click.
