Frequently asked Questions
What’s the difference between “Lite” and “Single”?
In general, both version are the same but with “Lite” you don’t get personal support and therefore no access to the forum. Updates and features stay the same on all versions (including Lite).
Is it possible to transfer my license (single/multi) from one website to another?
If you no longer need a website, you can deactivate its license and transfer it to a new project. Of course, your old page won’t be usable anymore.
Is it possible to upgrade my license?
Yes, no problem. You can easily test our product with a single license and upgrade later (as soon as you need a bigger package – and you will, trust us). Of course, you only have to pay the differential amount.
Am I allowed to sell websites, using the affiliate theme?
In general, you are only allowed to use the affiliate theme for your own websites. If you sell your website or act on behalf of a third party, that one has to buy his own affiliatetheme.io license. This applies to all licenses (except the agency licence). Fortunately, you can get up to 155.00 $ through our affiliate partner program for attracting new customers.
Do I get updates?
Yes. We constantly refine and enhance our affiliate theme and you get updates for 12 months.
What happens after the 12 Monaten?
If you want, you can renew your license for 35% of the purchase price to get lots of updates and access to the support forum. If you will not expand your license, your theme continues to function normally, you will not get any updates.
How often can I activate which theme license?
- Single license: single use
- Multi license: Up to five websites parallel
- Unlimited: Unlimited activations and parallel websites
